Attorney Shin Sang Min is a seasoned expert in administrative law and intellectual property, having graduated from Korea University’s School of Law and completed both master's and doctoral coursework in administrative law. He passed the 51st Korean Bar Examination in 2009 and completed the 42nd Judicial Research and Training Institute.

Mr. Shin has served in key public sector roles, including Legal Counsel at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Korea Communications Commission, as well as Acting Prosecutor at the Chuncheon District Prosecutors’ Office. Drawing on this extensive experience in regulatory interpretation and dispute resolution involving patents and trade secrets, he provides integrated legal solutions.

As an Adjunct Professor at Korea University School of Law, he bridges cutting-edge legal frameworks and technology trends to design effective IP protection strategies for companies and public institutions.
